Balancing Strength and Flexibility in the Shoulders Yoga Workshop

This workshop will draw on a variety of yoga styles and techniques to focus on devolping strong and flexible shoulders. We will focus on how to gradually build strength and stability. The shoulders are often tight because of day to day tasks, such as working from a computer, this can mean that when you do strengthen them they are not functioning the way that they should and some muscles get overworked. It is therefore important you develop strength and flexibility side by side. The workshop will draw on anatomy and physiology in an accessible way to help you understand why you are doing what you are doing and why it is effective.
